    Return and Refund Policy

    This Return and Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions under which products purchased from Hub of Frames may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

    1. Eligibility for Returns

    A product is eligible for return only if it meets the following criteria:

    • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery.
    • The request for return is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
    • The product is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by its original packaging, tags, and invoice.

    Hub of Frames reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

    2. Non-Returnable Products

    The following items are strictly non-returnable:

    • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer.
    • Items that have been used, altered, or tampered with.
    • Frames that show signs of wear, scratches, or modifications.
    • Products returned without original packaging or invoices.

    3. Return Procedure

    Customers must follow the steps below to initiate a return:

    1. Submit a return request through customer support or the designated return request channel.
    2. Provide clear photographs or videos showing the defect, damage, or issue.
    3. Await verification and approval from the Hub of Frames quality assurance team.
    4. Upon approval, the customer will be instructed on how and where to return the product.

    Hub of Frames may request the customer to ship the item back or allow a pick-up if applicable.

    4. Inspection and Approval

    All returned products undergo a mandatory inspection. Approval of refunds or exchanges is subject to:

    • Verification of the defect or issue.
    • Confirmation that the product matches the condition claimed by the customer.

    If the return is rejected after inspection, the product will be sent back to the customer without refund.

    5. Refunds

    If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

    • Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise stated.
    • Refund processing time may vary between 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

    Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Hub of Frames.

    6. Exchanges

    Exchanges may be provided subject to:

    • Availability of the requested replacement product.
    • Completion of the return inspection process.

    If the replacement item is unavailable, the customer may opt for:

    • A refund, or
    • An alternative product of equal or lesser value.

    7. Cancellations

    Orders may be cancelled only if:

    • The cancellation request is made before the product has been dispatched.
    • Hub of Frames approves the cancellation based on order status.

    Cancelled orders will be refunded within the standard refund timeline.

    8. Liability Limitation

    Hub of Frames shall not be held liable for:

    • Damage caused by improper handling or external factors after delivery.
    • Delays caused by courier partners.
    • Products returned without prior authorization.

    9. Amendments

    Hub of Frames reserves the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of the request will apply.
