1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Hub of Frames website and mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Definitions

• "Company", "we", "us", "our" refers to Hub of Frames.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual accessing or using the Platform.
• "Products" refers to eyewear frames and related items offered for sale.
• "Order" refers to the purchase request submitted by the user through the Platform.

3. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally competent and authorized to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

4. Services Provided

The Company provides an online marketplace for the purchase of eyewear frames. All Orders are subject to availability, verification, and acceptance by the Company.

5. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and checkout;
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials;
• Use the Platform only for lawful and legitimate transactions.

Any misuse of the Platform may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Pricing and Payment

• Taxes, shipping charges, and additional fees (if applicable) shall be displayed at checkout.

The Company is not responsible for payment failures caused by payment gateways or banks.

• An Order is considered accepted only after payment is successfully processed and confirmation is issued via email or SMS.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Order due to stock unavailability, errors, suspected fraud, or incorrect information provided by the user.

8. Shipping and Delivery

• Standard delivery time is 5–10 working days, subject to variation based on weather, logistics constraints, or delivery pincode.
• Delays caused by third-party courier partners are outside the Company’s control.
• Tracking details will be provided when applicable.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform—including logos, images, text, graphics, product descriptions, and designs—is the exclusive property of Hub of Frames. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Company shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from courier delays or technical issues;
• The Company shall not be responsible for inaccuracies resulting from user-provided information;
• The Company is not liable for minor color or appearance variations due to screen or lighting differences.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate local courts.

13. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
